Daher Cleaning Services is looking for cleaners to join our Nashville TN cleaning team!

Urgently Hiring CLEANERS, Full-Time (multiple positions)

Pay: $18 (probation time for 6 weeks); after that, it is $20 per hour

Job type: Open to either full-time employees or contractor candidates.

Location: We travel to clean homes and businesses located throughout the Nashville TN area.

Benefits:

• Paid overtime: 1.5 times hourly rate over 40 hours per week

• Paid holidays: Christmas, Thanksgiving, and July 4th

• Uniforms provided at no charge

Cleaner Job Responsibilities:

• Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming

• Cleaning toilets, showers, tubs, sinks, empty trash

• Deep clean kitchen appliances, counters, cabinets

• Making beds and doing laundry when necessary

• Handling all furniture and appliances carefully

• Knowing how to use cleaning products properly; training provided

• Cleaning windows and other surfaces

Cleaner Qualifications and Skills:

• Candidates who like to clean, take pride in their job, and are detail-oriented will be seriously considered.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (or Portuguese) preferred, but not required.

• Highly responsible and reliable

• Solid communication and organizational skills

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work hard and as a part of the team

• A keen eye for cleanliness and completeness

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• Flexibility and desire to learn

• Takes direction well

• Effective in collaborating with a 2 or 3-person team

• High school diploma preferred but not necessary

• Drivers license a plus for commuting between clients’ properties; pay differential provided
